This is not a home inspection.
It’s an experienced second set of eyes.

Drawing from real-world construction, renovation, and project management experience, reviews focus on identifying common red flags, renovation concerns, costly sequencing issues, and signs that a property may require more work, budget, or coordination than initially expected.

What you’ll get:
